I can not activate Microsoft Office, what should I do?

Please use the alternative telephone activation. If you unexpectedly receive an error message during the online activation, please activate the product without any problems via telephone vending machine using the following telephone numbers and your activation ID, which will be displayed in the telephone activation wizard:
+49 (0) 800 284 8283 (free of charge from German landline, suppressed cell phone number or Skype)
If you use Skype please open the keyboard pad and type the numbers into the keypad by mouse, often the numbers are perceived incorrectly by the system.

When will my order be delivered?

The delivery time is usually approx. 24 hours, but we will aim to send you the goods within the first minutes to hours after receipt of payment.

In any case, please contact us if the following occurs:
- The delivery time is significantly exceeded
- You have not received an order confirmation

Possible reasons why there may be delays in delivery:
- The email gets in your Spam folder. Please always check your spam folder before contacting us.
– Your Email provider blocks our e-mail, please give us an alternative e-mail address.
– You have paid via Prepayment bank transfer (please give us 2-3 days processing time of a SEPA transfer). We recommend the payment of direct interfaces such as Paypal or Klarna/Sofort, which we offer preferentially.

However, should there be a slight delay, we ask you to always contact us via WhatsApp or E-Mail .

Please do not directly open a Paypal dispute case, because thus the purchase amount is immediately collected from the merchant account. If the goods just slipped into your spam folder and you try to recollect the money via Paypal, this is not exactly friendly, legally okay or fair. Please also note that we will legally pursue any fraud attempt (collecting purchase amount despite delivery of working goods).

My product key seems to be invalid?

Please contact us with a screenshot of the error message via E-Mail, we will help you immediately with a solution or replacement.

The easiest way to take screenshots is to use the Snipping tool, which is pre-installed in Windows 7 and later:

Furthermore, please also make sure that the product key has been entered correctly. The best way is to mark the key to the clipboard (CTRL+C, or right-click>Copy) and then paste it into the predetermined text field (CTRL+V or right-click>Paste).

Please also note the following:
– Upper and lower case are to be observed exactly.
– Hyphens set correctly.
